Geofencing  for  Pro.  Tighter  auth.  Polish  that  lands. 

Allowed clock-in locations are now part of Pro. The profile redesign that started months ago is finished. Two-factor login, email verification and "Remember me" all got safer defaults. And the document signing flow had its rough edges sanded down.

Allowed clock-in locations,
now in Pro.

Geofencing — circle or polygon fences around the sites where employees can clock in, a live status banner on the clock-in screen, a rejection modal that names the nearest allowed site, and a compliance dashboard with CSV export — used to be a Business / Enterprise feature. As of v1.0.13 it's part of Pro. No billing change.

The profile redesign,
shipped.

The profile redesign that started a few releases back is now the only profile experience. Sidebar vitals on the left, tabbed sections on the right, inline edit per section — and a completeness indicator that nudges every employee to fill the gaps.

03 · Auth

Safer defaults. Cleaner login.

Long-lived sessions are now an explicit opt-in, not the default. Two-factor login was being rejected in a narrow case — fixed. And the email verification flow now works on the first try.

"Remember me" off by default

The checkbox on the login screen is unticked out of the box. Long-lived sessions are now a deliberate choice, not a silent assumption.

TOTP login fix

Two-factor verifications were being intercepted before they hit the server. Users with 2FA can now log in without a transient "Unauthorized" error.

Email verification, first try

Verify-code and resend-verification now flow through the authenticated path. The "code didn't work, try again" loop is gone.

04 · Signing flow

Sharper copy.
Logos that don't explode.

Multiple iterations on the document signing pages refined the copy, the recipient picker, the field placement UX and the post-sign confirmation. Emails now render properly in Outlook for Windows — the long-standing "logo balloons to full width" bug is gone. Legally-binding language was removed from the signing UI; the audit trail is unchanged.

  • Recipient picker, field placement and sequencing all tuned.

  • Removed in-product claims of ESIGN-Act compliance.
  • Audit context (IP, user-agent, timestamp, certificate) unchanged.

Approval pings only go to the submitter's own dept head, admins and executives — not across the whole org.
Approvals badges update instantly
Approve or reject and the sidebar count drops in real time instead of waiting on the next poll.
Approval counts scoped to your queue
Department heads see what they can actually act on, not the org-wide total.
Training due-dates respect timezone
New training requirements assigned to existing employees no longer arrive pre-overdue.
PDF receipts preview again
Inline PDF previews render on Safari and recent Chrome configurations without weakening cross-site protection.
Rapid document deletes stay clean
Deleting two docs in quick succession no longer leaves a phantom row visible until the next refresh.
